Hot pork Sandwich with Mash potatoes and gravy
that’s a tough one. Either pork roast with sauerkraut and homemade mashed tators. Putting lots of butter on the tators and sauerkraut on the tators! Yummmmmmm or Pan fried pork chops. Has to be a little crispy though. Now your making me hungry! 🙂
Sadly even though my grandfather was a hog farmer, I don’t have to many pork recipes. However recently my husband has really been enjoying fried pork chops. One other recipe is cheesy potatoes and pork chops. The recipe book alone would make this an awesome prize.

Pork is our favorite meat and we make a variety of meals with it, but probably pork chops are my favorite. I especially like to make them with an apple/orange/lemon sauce to serve with them.
My favorite pork meal is a pork roast served with slow cooked sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.

I love Pork almost anyway I can have it!! The favorite you might say is ham, because you can do so much with it. Eggs and ham,scalloped potatoes with ham, or just a slice of ham fried up and served as the meat for dinner. And don’t forget Christmas or Easter. Yum I’m hungry just thinking of it. I think it’s time for something with ham for dinner tonight.

Have to admit, I love Shake N Bake Original Pork for my pork chops. Otherwise, a nice BIG pork roast in the slow cooker with potatoes and carrots – Awesome!

I love pulled pork in the crock pot for sandwiches.
Pork roast with carrots, cabbage,onion and potatoes. A one pan meal. I do not eat beef so any recipe that calls for hamburger I use ground pork.
We love pork many ways, however besides pork chops and ham butte, we love Ham Balls with their delicious sauce. Must make them with graham crackers tho for that delicious sweetness to them! Everyone loves them from the little kids to the older folk and easy to make, and add potatoes fixed any way, we prefer them mashed and use the sauce as gravy! Add a veggie and it’s a meal, and they can be used as leftovers which even taste better, and even for breakfast! Great for potlucks or lots of company as makes big batch!

I smoked over 500# of pork shoulder in 2013 and plan to break my record in 2014. I dig the pig cutting board!
I would say our family love big thick Iowa Chops on the grill.
Pork Roast with Carrots Onions and Potatoes… spiced just right… turn the oven up to 450 for 25 minutes… then lower to 300 pour in some veggie broth and let all the juices marry! KICK BUTT
I personally LOVE the Shed Special!!! My kids love to go eat there. Then always want us to take them to Living History Farms!
