It’s no lie we love pork here at the Machine Shed! Although October is National Pork Month, bacon is the most requested ingredient at the Machine Shed all year long. Lucky for all of our guests, the Machine Shed menu contains 23 items that list bacon as one of the ingredients.The bacon served at the Machine Shed is not your typical bacon, though – it’s cut more than 2 times as thick as a traditional piece bacon! I guess everything is bigger at the Shed.

Fun Fact: Each year the Machine Shed Restaurants go through the equivalent of 75 miles of bacon!

Machine Shed Chef’s cooking tip: Lay bacon flat on a sheet tray and cook in the oven. We cook 30 slices per tray – about 20 minutes per tray depending on the desired crispiness!
