As we are in the season of Lent, everyone’s go-to on Friday’s is a delicious fish-fry. Check out our recipe below for our breaded and fried cod. If you are not up to making it at home, be sure to stop in on Friday’s as it is all you care to eat at the Shed all year long!
- 6-8 4oz. Cod Fillets
- 4 cups of panko breading
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 cups of seasoned flour
- 3 eggs scrambled
- Vegetable Oil
- Mix panko breading and lemon pepper.
- Dip cod in flour, then egg, then in panko breading mixture till coated.
- Fry in pan with vegetable oil at 350 degrees for about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
