If you are lucky enough to get some of the remaining sweet corn available this year, we have an easy – and delicious – recommendation on how to cook it. Have you tried roasting it in the oven? Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. When the oven is warm, place the corn either directly on the rack or on a baking sheet with the husks still on.

Cook for 15 minutes, flip over and cook for 15 more minutes. Take the corn out of the oven, remove the husks – and enjoy!
